Whats is the SVLK?
Timbe Legality Assurance System (SVLK) is a tracking system whose development was made by involving multi-stakeholders to assure the legality of sources from which timber being traded in Indonesia originates.
SVLK is also meant to encourage the implementation of the existing Goverment’s regulations related to trade and availability of legal timber in Indonesia.
Why the SVLK?
BMR is committed to the environment and believes that timber is the most sustainable, renewable and environmentally friendly raw material available. Therefore, apart from the appropriate raw materials chosen and their legality, the entire production procedure of BMR’s wooden packaging is also guaranteed legality.
All raw wood material in BMR is SLVK certified, to assure that our timber product have convincing legality status. Consumers abroad also need not to be doubtful about the legality of timber we produce.
